It was a real climb

Chris Sharon and Barbara

Chris and Sharon were the perfect guides to the summit (arrow).  We are glad we got to get out there before leaving Okahandja.  It was a good climb and there were no baboons in sight.  They can be aggressive in large numbers.  Sarah and Kim had to turn around last time they made the climb because of a congress of baboons just off the trail.  When congress is in session watch out! (couldn’t resist, but the valid term is “troop of baboons” of course)

This was a moment to remember and cherish.

It was overcast, so the sunset wasn’t the best, but the company certainly was!    That’s Okahandja behind us.Steve w sunset
